This year will mark our 13th “August concert” in the Saint-Flour cathedral, my beautiful home cathedral in Haute-Auvergne.
This year I had planned a bit of a wink around the figure 13. This year however, I will be on my own, with you.
This year therefore, I cooked you a marvellous surprise. But for Christmas!
This year, I feel like a Prayer to Mary for our August gathering. Since 2020, I have been singing around an Ave Maria concert. From Lescure in 2020, it was Naples, Rome, Romilly-sur-Seine, Cap Ferret, Guéthary… and I suddenly realised, “and what about my cathedral?”
This year, while contemplating nature – and men – on fire, I wished for a moment of peace. To be shared with you, like every year.
On Wednesday, August 12th, I will invite you to singalong 🙂 and I will sing you Ave Marias only.
